Marinite® P is a calcium silicate structural insulation panel with a nominal density of 60 pcf (961 kg/m3). It is an inorganic, non-combustible, high-strength insulation crafted for demanding fire protection and heat-processing applications. It can be used in systems operating up to 1200°F (649°C). Marinite P is made primarily of calcium silicate, inert fillers and reinforcing agents. This product is off-white, essentially dust-free, contains no asbestos, mercury or lead, and offers clean, machinable panels suitable for structural assembly.
Marinite P is available in a range of thicknesses from 1/2" (12.7mm) to 2" (50.8mm) in sheet sizes of 2' x 4' (1219 x 2438mm), 4' x 4' (1219 x 1219mm) and 4' × 8' (1219 x 2438mm).
