Shipping policy

Shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout for all orders within the contiguous United States. Orders of in-stock materials generally ship from our factory within 1-3 business days after receipt of the order. Delivery times vary depending on location within the United States. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information on the day your order ships.

Use our Submit Request form to receive shipping charges for delivery outside of the contiguous United States, or for expedited delivery. LTL Freight shipments cannot be delivered to residential addresses. Please provide a commercial shipping address for all LTL Freight orders.

There is a $65 charge per pallet. Please note that depending on order size, a shipment may contain multiple pallets. Maximum pallet quantities are noted in the Product Details.

Prices shown for Fire Brick include FREE FedEx Ground Shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States. For larger orders and orders shipping to Canada, please contact AWMCO directly to confirm final shipping cost.
