AWMCO Ceramic Fiber STD Blanket™ is a high-strength, needled ceramic fiber insulation designed for high-temperature industrial applications. Made from long, spun ceramic fiber bulk, the blanket is lightweight, flexible and resilient, with excellent handling strength and resistance to tearing before and after exposure to heat.
Rated to 2300°F (1260°C) with a density of 6 lb/ft³ (96 kg/m³), this ceramic fiber blanket is supplied in 1" x 24" x 25' (25 mm x 610 mm x 7,620 mm) rolls. Its flexibility makes it easy to cut, wrap and install around furnaces, kilns, ovens, boilers, piping and other high-temperature equipment.
The blanket is completely inorganic and can also be folded, compressed or encapsulated for use in fabricated insulation components and modules.
