AWMCO Bio-Soluble Fiber Blanket™ is a high-strength, needled bio-soluble fiber insulation designed for high-temperature industrial applications. Made from spun bio-soluble fibers, the blanket is lightweight, flexible and resilient, with high tensile strength, low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal stability.

With a classification temperature of 2012°F (1100°C) and a density of 6 lb/ft³ (96 kg/m³), this bio-soluble fiber blanket is supplied in 1" x 24" x 25' (25 mm x 610 mm x 7,620 mm) rolls. Its flexibility makes it easy to cut, wrap and install for furnace backup insulation, kilns, heat treatment equipment, pipe wrap, appliance insulation and expansion joint seals.

The blanket can also be folded, compressed or encapsulated for use in fabricated insulation components and modules.
